Fyber is hiring a Senior Strategic Partner Development Manager (Sr. SPD) to join our North America Business Team. You will report into the Senior Director, Direct Agency Sales & UA, driving revenue across Fyber’s programmatic supply & product solutions with global demand-side-platform (DSP) partnerships. A level of gravitas and deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem is crucial.
As the Senior SPD, you will help fuel the next phase of the company’s growth, by seeking, exploring, and developing new opportunities as well as managing existing demand partner relationships. You will oversee the programmatic strategy across your book of business, client satisfaction and revenue growth from these partnerships across Fyber’s Marketplace. This requires collaboration with Fyber’s global Agency & Advertiser organization, Publisher organization, and close partnership with the wider business functions.

Your responsibilities:
- Develop the DSP strategy across your book of business inclusive of signing new demand partnerships, driving revenue growth and programs to hit quarterly goals.
- Build & present QBRs, Bootcamps & partner strategy meetings, while fostering C level Executive relationships.
- Critical role in managing Fyber’s programmatic relationships while providing mobile consultative expertise through partner trainings, business reviews, and product updates

Your Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in software development / sales engineering / tech support / professional services or similar. Preference to experience within the AdTech or gaming industries.
- Deep programming knowledge and ability to read and understand code
- Software development background (at least one of Java / Scala / Objective-C / JavaScript / C++ / C)
- Proficiency in toolsets for mobile application development (e.g. Android Studio, XCode and/or Unity)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, etc.), database management systems (MySQL, Redshift, Cassandra, etc.) and web debugging tools (Charles / Fiddler / Wireshark/ Chrome DevTools)
- Demonstrated ability to understand business issues and apply creative solutions
- Excellent communication skills and strong client-facing business acumen
- High self-motivation and initiative, “can do” attitude is essential
- Attention-to-detail and organizational skill

Your qualifications:

As a team lead you will handle product challenges requiring out of the box scientific thinking as well as familiarity with DS tools and algorithms. You will take part in the design, implementation, and deployment of these systems at a large scale.
You will also mentor your team members through self-development plans, leading them to learn new skills, technologies, algorithms and more.Your responsibilities:
- Manage a team of data analysts and data scientists
- Design and build data science systems for huge volumes of data
- Understand the business and product needs and transform them into successful scientific and production ready solutions
- Take leadership in our growing data science team by mentoring and setting yourself as an example
- Communicate the state of developments, experiment results and recommendations to multiple teams
Your qualifications:
- 5+ years in Data Science/Algorithmic development
- Experience as a Data Science Team Lead - Advantage
- M.Sc/Phd in Computer Science/Physics/Math - Advantage
- Experience building and maintaining a BI system using ETL flows, DWH, Star Schema modeling and slick visualizations - Advantage
- Experience working with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Sisense etc.) - Advantage
- Full proficiency in SQL query scripting

- Experience with large data sets and distributed computing (Hive/Hadoop/Spark) - Advantage
