      Fyber is hiring a Senior Strategic Partner Development Manager (Sr. SPD) to join our North America Business Team. You will report into the Senior Director, Direct Agency Sales & UA, driving revenue across Fyber’s programmatic supply & product solutions with global demand-side-platform (DSP) partnerships. A level of gravitas and deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem is crucial.

      Your responsibilities:

      • Develop the DSP strategy across your book of business inclusive of signing new demand partnerships, driving revenue growth and programs to hit quarterly goals.

      Fyber is looking for a passionate Solutions Engineer (SE) to join our R&D team. A strong candidate would demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, dedication to high quality standards, and would have a combination of technical and consulting skills.

      Your Responsibilities:

      • Serve as the designated expert to clients and potential clients regarding all of Fyber’s products and services
      • Support our business team with in-depth product knowledge and answers to technical questions during sales pitches and follow-up meetings
      • Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues related to partner’s implementation and actively consult on solutions that would contribute to revenue optimizations
      • Collect client requirements and work closely with product and R&D teams to shape the product roadmap
      • Regular collaboration with the business and sales engineering teams located in Fyber’s branches all around the globe

      Your Qualifications:

      • 1-2 years of experience in software development / sales engineering / tech support / professional services or similar. Preference to experience within the AdTech or gaming industries. 
      • Deep programming knowledge and ability to read and understand code
      • Software development background (at least one of Java / Scala / Objective-C / JavaScript / C++ / C)
      • Proficiency in toolsets for mobile application development (e.g. Android Studio, XCode and/or Unity)
      • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, etc.), database management systems (MySQL, Redshift, Cassandra, etc.) and web debugging tools (Charles / Fiddler / Wireshark/ Chrome DevTools)
      • Demonstrated ability to understand business issues and apply creative solutions
      • Excellent communication skills and strong client-facing business acumen
      • High self-motivation and initiative, “can do” attitude is essential
      • Attention-to-detail and organizational skill

      As a team lead you will handle product challenges requiring out of the box scientific thinking as well as familiarity with DS tools and algorithms. You will take part in the design, implementation, and deployment of these systems at a large scale.
