      Yield Operations (50% of your focus)

      For each of our products, your end-goal will be to maximize the connection between App Developers and Advertisers. Example of questions you’d tackle are:

      • Are our top advertisers connected to new apps that launch with Fyber SDK? If not, how do we improve this process?  
      • Do we have a surplus of app developers in certain countries, or using certain ad sizes? If so, how do we increase our advertisers and their spend in those countries or certain ad sizes?
      • Do we have a surplus of advertisers in certain countries or ad sizes? If so, how do we secure new developers in those countries or open up new ad sizes?

      Sales Operations (30% of your focus)

      • Understand how our global Business team tracks their new sales leads, sales pipeline, and different status of sales conversation, and ensure our Salesforce is structured to capture these information most efficiently
      • Review various global initiatives driven by Business team, and implement a process to capture these information in Salesforce
      • Using Salesforce, analyze the effectiveness of Sales team (i.e. how long are salespeople taking from moving a deal from one stage to the next? What’s causing the delay?), and suggest how we can decrease the sales cycle
      • Merge duplicate Salesforce accounts, and clean up outdated Salesforce records

      Project Management (20% of your focus)

      Owning and driving various projects launched by the Business Operations team. This will require you to:

      • Work closely with not only Business teams across offices in Berlin, Tel Aviv, London, San Francisco, New York, Beijing and Seoul, but also with Product, Corporate Systems, Legal, Finance, Customer Support and Engineering teams
      • Work with different stakeholders to align on milestones and deliverable timelines. You are also responsible for holding everyone accountable to deliverables, as well as updating everyone involved in each project on the progress and blockers
      • Assist in creating presentations for off-sites, ongoing meetings, tracking feedback and implementation process

      Your qualifications:

      • You love to analyze data to provide actionable business insights

      The role is a highly consultative one requiring both creative and analytical approach to problem-solving. In order to provide effective recommendations to optimize performance, you will be required to have a deep understanding of the business models and user flow of the apps in your publishers’ portfolio.       Your responsibilities:

      • Working in a distributed team of internal and external IT support in global offices
      • Providing onsite and remote support for our global offices (e.g. in Berlin, New York, San Francisco, Beijing, London, …)
      • Maintaining the office IT infrastructure, end user devices and applications
      • Working closely with other departments, e.g. Engineering, Security, Office Management, Finance, Corporate Systems, ...
      • Being part of projects to provision, install/configure, operate, and maintain hardware/software and related infrastructure
      • Assisting project teams with technical issues in the initiation and planning phases which includes the definition of requirements, benefits, and technical strategy; research & development within the project life-cycle; technical analysis and design
      • Maintaining office firewalls (e.g. Fortinet), VPN gateways, VOIP infrastructure, WiFi infrastructure
      • Maintaining our communication and productivity stack, incl. Google Apps, Slack, video conferencing, etc.
      • Handling the IT on- and offboarding processes of employees, as well as the lifecycle management (e.g. access control)
      • Handling the IT setup for local (e.g. Meetups) and global (e.g. All Hands meetings) events

       Your qualifications: 

      • 1 - 3 years working experience, including working knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux in enterprises
      • Certificates or educational degree in IT are a plus
      • First experience in managing network infrastructure, e.g. subnetting, Vlan tagging, CLI management 
      • (Theoretical) knowledge of Identity Provider platforms like Active Directory/LDAP, Okta and GSuite
      • First experience with centrally managed client security technologies such as anti-virus, mobile device management, patch management, and endpoint policy enforcement
      • Some hands on experience with AWS, e.g. with EC2 and S3, is a plus
      • First experience maintaining automation and configuration scripts (BASH, PowerShell) as well as familiarity with Google Apps API, is a plus 
      • Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required
      • Strong organizational and time management skills
      • Customer orientation and strong communication skills
